Terms and Conditions – Spa Hotel “Double your Bucks” Thursdays

·         Between the hours of 5pm and midnight every Thursday night, Spa Hotel will be running the “Double your Bucks” promotion.  Between the specified times, any money given to bar staff will be exchanged for Spa Bucks.  Exactly double the amount of money given will be handed back in Spa Bucks.

·         Simply use your Spa Bucks to buy specified drinks as you normally would.

·         Change is given in Spa Bucks only – Spa Bucks are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

·         Spa Bucks must be used before midnight on the night they were issued – there are no refunds for unused Spa Bucks.

·         Spa Bucks will be issued in a different colour each week to avoid falsification and only that particular weeks’ colour will be accepted on the night.

·         Spa Bucks can only be used to buy specified drinks over the bar – these drinks will be clearly labelled as “double your bucks” promo drinks and their prices will be displayed.  All other drinks must be paid for by standard NZ legal tender.

·         Once Spa Bucks are handed over to the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safety of the Spa Bucks – there will be no replacement for lost, damaged or stolen Spa Bucks.

·         If a “Double your Bucks” promo drink goes out of stock, there will be no rainchecks issued or Spa Bucks refunded

·         From 12am, onwards on the night of the Promotion, Spa Bucks will no longer be accepted and all drink prices will revert to the original Spa Hotel prices.
